Luis did a great job at a total bathroom renovation! Took it from a tired old eighties bathroom to a current five star hotel room.
His pricing is very fair and thousands below the one day bathroom renovators!

We were so blessed to find Higher Source Home Repair and Remodeling Inc. Luis Morales, the owner/contractor, met with us at our kitchen table and went over all of our hopes, dreams and wishes for remodeling our 40 year old kitchen. He heard everything we said!
Luis advised us as to where to purchase our cabinets, and flooring. He brought in Farrington Electric to advise us on the new lighting, and Tri-County Plumbing to do the plumbing. We were so excited to see our new kitchen.
Luis and Josh, his helper, were always on time. Worked for every moment they were in the house. Both men are extremely hard workers. When we called Luis, he always called us back immediately, which we later found out was normal procedure for him.
Each day the construction area was cleaned. All tools were removed, floor vacuumed, and all materials were placed out of our way.
My kitchen is a dream come true because of Luis’ creativity. He took an old, very old kitchen, and made it look extremely modern. Luis is a very creative carpenter/craftsman.

SUMMARY:
If I were to read a review, I would want to know the following.

Were we satisfied?
Yes, we were extremely satisfied.

Was the project affordable?
Yes. We had a budget. Luis helped us stay within our budget? Because of Luis, this project was affordable.

Was the contractor on time?
Yes, Luis was on time each and every day.
The project took a week longer due to our Thanksgiving plans. New material had to be ordered which was delayed due to Thanksgiving. But, everything was finished within a week of the original projected date.

Was the contractor neat and aware of people living in the house?
Yes. Oh, yes. Each day Luis would vacuum the floor. Put plastic up to prevent the dust from spreading to other parts of the house and remove his work equipment. It was cleaned daily.

We were so blessed to find Luis’ Company Higher Source Repair and Remodeling, Inc.

Luis Morales did a great job on updating my mothers bathroom, they were professional and friendly in my mothers home and finished when they said they would. I would recommend his company to a friend and would hire him again in the future if we need any work done. Thank you again!

Luis recently remodeled my bathroom in Orange City FL. The entire project was first rate. The project was done on time and the cost was almost exactly what was quoted. In every phase I was kept informed as to the type of materials being applied and the craftsmanship needed to obtain the best results. AND THE RESULT WAS FIRST RATE. If you decide to give your contruction project to Highet Source Inc., you will be making a great decision.
